SCHOLARSHIP FOR CLASS XI

SESSION 2024-25

Modern English School is committed to recognizing and nurturing academic and extracurricular excellence. By offering scholarships to students who secure 95% or above in Class X boards and to national or state winners, we aim to inspire and motivate our students to strive for excellence in academic and non-academic pursuits. These scholarships celebrate their achievements and provide them with opportunities to further their education and pursue their dreams. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 100% SCHOLARSHIP - ACADEMICS AND SPORTS

Modern English School, Guwahati reserves the right to withdraw scholarship if the applicants subsequently found to be ineligible or if these terms and conditions are not adhered to. The School also reserves the right to amend its scholarship provision without notice.

ACADEMICS

• Spot based on seat availability and a first-come-first-serve basis.
• 7 (Seven) students, from Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams combined, will receive scholarships for Class XI upon achieving 95% or higher in Class X Boards.
• Out of 7 seats 2 seats are reserved for Modern English School Boards Toppers.
• In case of same percentage; selection for the scholarship will be done based on lottery.
• The Integrated Program is excluded from the scholarship; admission to this program requires the standard fee.
• Scholarship tenure lasts one year (2024-25 sessions) and is exclusively for Class XI students.

SPORTS

• Spot based on seat availability and a first-come-first-serve basis.
• 3 (Three) National or State level Medallist (Winners) will be granted scholarships in Class XI (from Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams combined).
• A minimum academic percentage of 50% in Class X (Annual- Out of 80 marks) is required.
• Winner's certificate should be of the year 2022 and 2023 (only).
• The Integrated Program is excluded from the scholarship; admission to this program requires the standard fee.
• Scholarship tenure lasts one year (2024-25 sessions) and is exclusively for Class XI students.
